Last updated October 10, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how TodayPowerball (“we,” “us”) handles information when you visit www.todaypowerball.com. We do not require accounts, and we do not sell tickets or ask for payment information.

Information we collect

  • Information you send us. If you email us, we receive your email address and the contents of your message. We use it only to respond.
  • Technical information. Like most websites, our servers and our content-delivery provider (Cloudflare) automatically log technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps. We use these logs to keep the site secure and working, and keep them for a limited time.
  • Cookies and similar technologies set by us or by third parties, described below.

Advertising and Google AdSense

We use Google AdSense to show advertising. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this and/or other sites on the Internet.

Visitors from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are shown a consent message, provided through Google’s certified consent management platform, before personalized ads are served.

How we use information

  • To operate, secure and improve the website;
  • To respond to your messages;
  • To display advertising that supports the site;
  • To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information for money. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking cookies may change the ads you see but will not stop the site from working.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA)

If you live in California you have the right to know what personal information is collected about you, to request deletion or correction, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Advertising cookies set by third parties may be considered “sharing” under California law. To opt out, use the browser and industry tools listed above, enable the Global Privacy Control signal in your browser, or email us at [email protected]. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. Residents of other states with privacy laws may make similar requests.

Children

This site is intended for adults. Lottery games are for players 18 and older (older in some states). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13; if you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Third-party links

We link to official lottery and government websites. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
